IRAN ABSTRACT: In this work, the solubility of nicotine extracted from tobacco leaves, motion in the north of Iran, in supercritical carbon dioxide has been measured. similarly the effects of pressure, temperature, extraction cut down time, and the organic co-Solvent on the bill of nicotine extracted from tobacco leaves have been investigated. It should be stressed that in indian lodge to reduce signifi rout outtly the add up of experiments, the experiments have been specified ground on the Taguchi observational design. The results obtained from the experiments showed that at the specified pressure, temperature, volume of qualifier and dynamic time, the maximum totality of nicotine can be extracted. The observational data collected in this research has been correlated victimisation the Redlich-Kwong (R.

K) equation of state. The results showed that the conventional multidimensional R.K equation of state can accurately correlate the experimental solubility data with goodness accuracy.
